Aftershock 10u - Parks Team Kicks Off the Spring Season in Near-Freezing Style!

Yesterday, our Aftershock 10u - Parks team braved near-freezing temperatures to launch the spring season with grit and determination. Battling the cold all day long while competing against some truly talented softball teams, the girls showed up with enthusiasm and a readiness to shake off the rust.

The day’s scoreboard read 2 wins and 3 losses, with two of those tough losses coming against one of the best 2014 teams in North Alabama—a reminder of the high level of competition we see travel ball tournaments. Despite the challenges, the team played hard, they had fun, and they truly embodied the spirit of the game.

Their hard work paid off as they finished the tournament as runners up in the silver bracket and even took home some iced out rings to kick off the season. Congratulations to the Aftershock 10u - Parks team for an incredible start to what promises to be an exciting season. Great work, girls!
